What makes your kit different from others?
Our kits are simple! They can be customized and changed to fit various brands so that a change of packaging on a medication will still fit. They also contain exactly what you need without the clutter of things you don’t.

Do I pay the monthly replenishment fee PLUS the price of the medications?
No, once your kit is set up then you will only pay the monthly replenishment fee. The monthly fee is the price to replace expired products. No additional invoice will be sent.

What if we use a medication before it expires?
Simply give us a call. We will replace it right away and you will be invoiced separately.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the products that we provide, we are not able to accept returns on most items including, but not limited to:

  • Emergency Medical Kits
  • Medications
  • AEDs
  • Personal Protective Equipment
  • Oxygen

If you were sent an item that you did not order or is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement item(s) to be sent to you.

I already have a kit. Do I need to buy a new one?
No, we can utilize your existing equipment so you don’t have to purchase everything new. We will replace expired medications at a discounted price to get your current kit up to date.

Do I need to keep track of expiration dates?
With our auto-replenishment service there is no need to worry about expiration dates! We will keep track of that so that you can focus on other things.

What should I do with expired medications?
Rather than dispose of expired medications immediately we encourage our partners to use them for hands-on training.
